Your tasks
- You take responsibility for all operational tasks along the supplier management process – from onboarding to offboarding
- You ensure the systematic build-up and ongoing maintenance of the supplier portfolio in Coupa – in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- You support the development and implementation of the supplier management process – from qualification through evaluation to classification and development (including blocking)
- You participate in the creation and analysis of KPIs and support controlling as well as reporting in the area of supplier management
- You continuously review communication with internal and external customers and actively contribute optimization suggestions
- You analyze the Supplier Performance Dashboard (Power BI) and continuously develop it further
- You accompany supplier audits from planning through execution to follow-up of measures and documentation, steadily expanding your expertise with the perspective of advancing to supplier manager
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma or a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
- You bring initial professional experience in operational and/or strategic procurement or supplier management, ideally in facility management, building maintenance, or the construction industry
- You have solid knowledge in project and/or quality management as well as experience with SRM tools and ERP systems
- You possess strong analytical skills, initiative, and a good understanding of numbers, especially in handling Excel and master data
- You are characterized by high commitment, resilience, and teamwork skills
- You work in a structured, service-oriented manner and find pragmatic solutions
- You communicate confidently in German and English, ideally also in French or Italian, and convince with your professional demeanor towards internal and external contacts
