Your tasks - here you make a difference
- You are the communicative hub between customer service sales and the workshop teams - commercially and technically.
- Creating customer service offers and cost compilations as well as approving invoices.
- Technical clarifications with suppliers.
- Planning, preparation, opening and billing of customer orders, approving supplier invoices.
- Organizing and ensuring timely provision of required materials.
- Informing all internal departments involved in workshop orders as well as customers about the planned delivery dates.
- Participation in the operational daily business of service contracts - from project support to administrative tasks to structured data maintenance.
What you bring with you
- Completed technical basic training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic or other technical training.
- Further training as a technical salesman or similar is an advantage.
- Good MS Office skills are an advantage.
- Good German skills, English / French skills are an advantage.
- Resilient, communicative and enjoy working with various stakeholders.
- You work in a structured way, are an organizational talent, think analytically and act solution-oriented.
- A real team player with a sales flair, negotiation skills and communication enthusiasm.
