About the job
On behalf of one of our major clients, we are looking for a SharePoint Expert (Nintex K2) specialized in Nintex and SharePoint technologies.
Your main mission is to become the operational reference (MCO) for the existing workflow park. In a rapidly changing technological environment, you ensure the continuity of service for critical processes while technically preparing their transition to the new target platform: K2 (Nintex Automation).
Expert Support (N2/N3): Diagnose and resolve incidents on complex workflows and forms (Nintex for SharePoint).
Evolutionary Maintenance: Handle requests for minor adaptations of business processes (HR, Finance, Operations) to meet organizational changes.
Monitoring & Administration: Monitor the health of infrastructures (Nintex Gateway, K2), manage licenses and access.
Quality Assurance: Ensure no regression of flows during global updates of the Office 365 / SharePoint environment.
Technological Transition: Actively participate in migrating obsolete workflows (e.g., G-Part) to the new K2 or SharePoint Online infrastructure.
Optimization: Identify opportunities to redesign "legacy" flows to improve performance when moving to K2 Cloud or K2 Five.
Documentation: Keep the knowledge base and operating procedures up to date.
Nintex Expertise: Mandatory mastery of Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms (On-Premise and Online).
Microsoft Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of SharePoint (2016/2019/Online).
Scripting & Data: Regular use of PowerShell / PnP for automation tasks. Good mastery of SQL Server is necessary for data troubleshooting.
K2 Openness: Knowledge of K2 (SmartObjects, SmartForms) is a major advantage, otherwise a strong willingness to develop skills on this tool is required.
Development: Ability to read and correct existing JavaScript or .NET (C#) code.
Pragmatism: You like to understand "how it works" and find sustainable solutions to complex problems.
Service Mindset: You are aware of the business impact of a stopped workflow and act with responsiveness.
Pedagogy: You know how to explain technical constraints to end users in a simple way.
