From September 2026 we offer the following training position for students:
Activation Specialist HF (m/f/d)
3rd year of study
What we are looking for in you:
- You take responsibility according to your current training level for planning and carrying out activities in the house for the residents
- You bring motivation to continue existing activation offers and to develop new group offers.
- You independently and actively shape your learning process and actively contribute to achieving the competencies of the third year of study.
- In addition, accompanying learners in the area of care and support with a focus on activation is part of your responsibilities.

- You are an open and team-oriented personality and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with different departments
- You enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent people.
- You contribute your own ideas and implement them with commitment. You can especially bring your creativity into cognitive, creative, and musical activities.
