Deputy Head of Nursing Station

• You take over the professional responsibility for the entire nursing process in collaboration with the station management, according to the nursing concept and quality standards, of our admission and emergency station 60+.
• You are jointly responsible, as deputy for the nursing station management in dual leadership together with the responsible senior physician, for the organizational, operational, and professional management of the station.
• In the absence of the station management, you assume their responsibility and areas of responsibility as deputy.
• You actively participate in the daily station routine and shift work and act as a reference person in direct care to ensure the safety and care of our patients.

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
• You have solid expertise in psychiatric nursing.
• Ideally, you already have some leadership experience or are willing to acquire it – with our support.
• You possess pronounced empathetic skills and are a team player who values and promotes multiprofessional collaboration.
• You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
• You are characterized by a willingness for continuous personal and professional development.
• You have empathy in dealing with patients.
