Our diverse parish consists of around 4,800 members. Targeted and appealing communication across various digital and analog channels is important to us.
As of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we have several tasks to assign to complement our secretariat team. Applications for multiple part-time positions are welcome but not a requirement.
Secretary 30%
- General secretarial tasks (correspondence, telephone, reception)
- Coordination of appointments and rooms
Media Technician 20%
- Editing and design of the parish newspaper «güggel.post»
- Main responsibility for the parish's digital communication channels (social media, digital signage, websites)
Graphic Designer 10%
- Design of flyers and posters for digital and print

- Confident handling of common IT applications (typo3, Canva, etc.)
