- You strengthen our team of the Psychotherapy Station 60+ as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of geriatric and neuropsychiatry.
- You take on the nursing responsibility as a reference person for the individual care and nursing of our patients.
- You accompany them individually, needs- and resource-oriented through the nursing/therapeutic process. In doing so, you also successfully master complex situations.
- You lead groups, manage patient groups, and accompany them in their therapeutic process.
- Your areas of responsibility also include everyday life design, administration, and the implementation of medical/technical orders.
- You coordinate nursing with medical and psychological treatment, social services, the legal representatives of the patients, relatives, and the patients' wider environment.
- You document and report your observations orally and in writing.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for foreign diplomas).
- You have professional experience in psychiatry, ideally from a psychotherapy station, or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
- You have social skills, are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills, work independently and responsibly, and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative tasks.
