Equipment Operator for Geothermal Probe Drilling (m/f)

Geotherm AG is part of the KIBAG Group and operates in the field of renewable energy. Specialized in geothermal probes, we primarily carry out construction sites in northern and northeastern Switzerland. In this role, you lead the drilling teams. The versatile and responsible leadership position is supported by a motivated and competent team.
Your main tasks include:
- Executing drilling orders
- Leading the drilling team with about 2 employees
- Organizing the work
You bring the following qualifications:
- Good physical condition
- Experience in the field of geothermal probes or in the main construction trade
- Possession of a category C truck driving license is an advantage
- Teamwork, independence, conscientiousness, and flexibility are not foreign words to you
