What you bring

Your profile

Commercial or technical education with business management further training or equivalent education
Knowledge of HR topics (payroll, social insurance [UVG, KTG], absence management) is an advantage
Negotiation-level German skills (French and English are an advantage)
You even exceed our expectations if you already have knowledge of UKA Solutions or CAREMA

Your strengths

You have good organizational skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
You enjoy combining your negotiation skills and analytical ability with your assertiveness.
You enjoy independently acquiring knowledge and creating solution approaches.
