What you bring
Your profile
- Commercial or technical education with business management further training or equivalent education
- Knowledge of HR topics (payroll, social insurance [UVG, KTG], absence management) is an advantage
- Negotiation-level German skills (French and English are an advantage)
- You even exceed our expectations if you already have knowledge of UKA Solutions or CAREMA

- You have good organizational skills and can communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
- You enjoy combining your negotiation skills and analytical ability with your assertiveness.
- You enjoy independently acquiring knowledge and creating solution approaches.
