Tasks
- Invoicing of correct patient bills (outpatient/inpatient), including clarifications and processing of rejections
- Participation in area-specific process design and its digitization
- Contact person for internal employees as well as external partners
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity in healthcare
- Knowledge of the Swiss tariff system is an advantage
- Solid IT affinity regarding clinical applications desired (SAP and KIS experience is an advantage)
- Accurate, independent and responsible way of working
- Strong service orientation and social skills
- Interest in shaping and further developing the area
- Confident German language skills
