Your mission
- Setting up, loading, and operating machines: You set up our CNC cylindrical grinding machines for rod lenses (TMS – THZ50SA) in preprocessing, load them properly, and operate them safely to ensure precise processing of optical components.
- 100% inspection of manufactured workpieces: Using calipers, measuring microscopes, and magnifying glasses, you check each component and ensure that all dimensions and quality requirements are precisely met.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting equipment, machines, and tools for processing rod lenses: You perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks according to specifications to keep machines and work equipment in optimal condition and ensure smooth operation.
- Adhering to process and work steps: You work according to standardized guidelines and ensure consistent implementation of our quality standards.
- Working with modern machines, measuring instruments, and devices: By using contemporary technologies and structured workflows, you achieve consistently high quality.
- Contributing to improvement processes: Through your experience and attention to detail, you actively bring suggestions for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and quality improvement.

- Experience with (CNC) machines is an advantage
