- Support the development of existing cooperations in the banking and financial sector
- Active market observation and analysis, identification of market opportunities and acquisition of new partnerships
- Regional responsibility for maintenance, sales promotion and follow-up of cooperation partners, and autonomous organization of training within the Distribution of our cooperation partners
- Participation in internal agile committees and projects to represent the interests of our cooperation partners
- Support the team in organizational and administrative tasks
- Participation in monitoring, steering as well as planning/implementation of measures to achieve objectives
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- French as a native language and good knowledge of German are mandatory, Italian is an asset
- Completed commercial training or business studies (HES/ES), further training in the financial sector desirable
- Willingness to obtain the "AFA" certification if not already held
- Professional experience in marketing, insurance or financial services
- Interest in partnership products, especially pension provision (individual life, risk insurance, etc.) and innovative services in property insurance business
- High willingness to travel in Switzerland (mainly in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino)
- Sense of professional, cross-functional communication, analytical and conceptual skills
- Autonomy and reliability at work, commitment and motivation
