IT Coordinator (m/f/x) - 80-100%

In this context, we wish to strengthen our cross-functional Release Management team by recruiting an IT Coordinator (m/f/x) - 80-100% to manage the non-production environments necessary for Digital Transformation projects. These non-production environments are used by testing teams to evaluate the quality of solutions before production deployment.

This role involves working with projects to understand their needs and, on the other hand, with technical teams to ensure the availability of these environments.

The missions awaiting you

IT Environment Management:

• Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of environments within the framework of various digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate the request and allocation of test, integration, and pre-production environments among the different company initiatives (projects, Run, maintenance).
• Monitoring and Optimization of Environments:
• Monitor environment usage and identify bottlenecks, conflicts, and future needs.
• Implement optimization processes to maximize environment efficiency and limit interruptions.
• Ensure that environments comply with security, compliance, and the company’s technical standards.

Support for Delivery and Transformation:

• Collaborate with development, testing, integration, and production teams to ensure environments meet project specifications.
• Actively participate in project follow-up meetings to identify environment needs and manage required changes.

Cross-functional Coordination and Planning:

• Work closely with PMO teams, project managers, and IT leaders to ensure smooth environment management.
• Anticipate environment needs for future Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement and Standardization:
• Propose and implement tools, processes, and standards for effective environment management.
• Contribute to defining and improving best practices in environment management within the IT department.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science such as HES, Bachelor / Master EPFL
• Junior with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Willingness and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Languages: French: fluent / English: minimum B2

Pragmatic, you have excellent planning and organizational skills. Additionally, you have the ability to understand both short- and long-term perspectives on the environments used.

Comfortable in writing, you are also recognized for your interpersonal communication skills.
