What you can achieve with us
- Team leader: You lead the body shop area according to the organisational chart, take on the role model function and promote constructive collaboration across operational areas
- Quality manager: You ensure the careful and professional repair of vehicles, compliance with manufacturer specifications and warranty guidelines as well as the final inspection. Compliance with safety regulations and careful handling of customer property are also a matter of course for you
- Organisational talent: You plan and monitor economic and qualitative goals, ensure efficient processes and ensure compliance with service procedures. In case of deviations, you coordinate with the responsible service advisors and workshop managers
- Numbers expert: You keep an eye on key figures such as market share, profit, productivity and quality, derive appropriate measures and promote the sale of parts, accessories and services as well as workshop utilisation
- Contact person: You take care of complaints, find customer- and company-appropriate solutions and involve your superiors if necessary. At the same time, you drive quality improvements and ensure a convincing appearance of infrastructure and team
- Promoter: You plan the development and training of your employees, take responsibility for apprentices and support the painting department if necessary. As a first aider and eParts user, you also contribute additionally
What you bring with you
- Professional training and expertise: You have completed training as a car body mechanic EFZ and have several years of professional experience in the bodywork industry. In addition, you have leadership experience and know how to lead a team professionally and personally, promote employees and ensure smooth workflows
- Promotion of apprentices: You enjoy working with apprentices and gladly pass on your knowledge. Ideally, you have the trainer certificate or are willing to obtain it. In doing so, you accompany and promote the next generation of automotive professionals
- Quality master: You have a high quality awareness, carry out your work with the utmost precision and stand out with your proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset
- Driving professional: Valid driving licence category B
