The Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic is a renowned Swiss clinic specialising in psychosomatic, internal oncology and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

With the Centre for Pain and Stress Medicine in Bern, we operate a specialised outpatient competence centre for the integrative treatment of chronic pain and stress-related conditions – an offering with a consistently biopsychosocial approach, unique in the region.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed medical/hospital secretary (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of medical and psychological consultations
• Appointment scheduling with patients
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine in the outpatient clinic
• Reception and telephone service
• Typing (from dictation), proofreading and sending medical reports
• Management and maintenance of patient records
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Correspondence with referrers, general practitioners, clinics and insurance companies
• Obtaining medical documents and findings
• General correspondence and secretarial duties
• Controlling (reporting, service recording, etc.)

Our expectations

• Completed training as a medical/hospital secretary or similar with a medical background
• Professional experience in a medical environment as well as good knowledge of medical terminology required
• Good knowledge of German
• Team-oriented, flexible and communicative personality

• Good IT skills
