This position reports to:
Order Management Lead
Your role and responsibilities:
As an Order Management Specialist, you are the central contact person for customers and business partners in the low voltage products area within the Electrification business unit based in Baden, Switzerland.
You report to the Head of Order Processing and play a key role in supporting the sales team by using your expertise in customer service to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Your main tasks:
Coordination with internal teams to find effective solutions for customer inquiries and ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
Monitoring order status, delivery dates, and proactive management of delays or escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling invoicing and setting up customer accounts according to internal policies and in coordination with the sales team.
Clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email to create transparency and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications for the role:
Completed commercial training; further education at a higher vocational level (e.g., HF) is an advantage
5 to 7 years of professional experience in order processing or a comparable function
Agile and proactive mindset with proven ability to take responsibility for customer concerns
Solid knowledge and experience in customer service
Confident handling of SAP
Team player with solution-oriented and independent working style as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent German and English skills; good French skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
