Site Manager (Construction Foreman Structural Engineering)

Whether experienced construction supervisor, certified construction foreman, or ambitious mason with leadership talent: With us, you take responsibility as a site manager in structural engineering. You lead your team with foresight, organize the construction site confidently, and also pick up the tools yourself when it counts. Exciting projects in new construction, renovation, and restoration await you, along with a motivated team and a structured work environment where your expertise is in demand.
Tasks to be done
- Preparation of the construction site: providing plans, setting safety precautions, and marking work areas
- Independent site management and supervision
- Task distribution as well as care and leadership of construction personnel
- Economic deployment planning and organization of materials, machines, and equipment
- Execution of all master builder tasks in structural engineering (new construction, renovation, and restoration): building masonry from brick and natural stone, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work, and heritage building preservation
- Support in training our apprentices
- Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcing occupational safety measures
Your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a mason EFZ
- Further training as a certified construction supervisor and/or certified construction foreman or on the way to it
- Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment of team leadership
- A responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Driver's license category B, ideally also BE
