Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process for all of Switzerland – from vacancy recording to contract conclusion
- Advising and supporting managers and applicants with a focus on a strong candidate experience
- Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements on appropriate channels
- Organizing and conducting interviews – virtually and on-site
- Active approach to talents and further development of the applicant pool
- Participation in projects to further develop the recruiting process
- Taking over HR support for a location including accompanying managers in personnel-related matters (conflict and return interviews, line consulting)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training and/or studies (HF/FH), ideally with recruiting training or HR specialist certificate
- Experience in recruitment – preferably with commercial and academic profiles
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus)
- German at C2 level, French at least B2; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a good sense for people
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
