Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for the entire recruiting process for all of Switzerland – from vacancy recording to contract conclusion
• Advising and supporting managers and applicants with a focus on a strong candidate experience
• Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements on appropriate channels
• Organizing and conducting interviews – virtually and on-site
• Active approach to talents and further development of the applicant pool
• Participation in projects to further develop the recruiting process
• Taking over HR support for a location including accompanying managers in personnel-related matters (conflict and return interviews, line consulting)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and/or studies (HF/FH), ideally with recruiting training or HR specialist certificate
• Experience in recruitment – preferably with commercial and academic profiles
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus)
• German at C2 level, French at least B2; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a good sense for people
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
