In your role as team leader packing operation, you coordinate the processing volumes in the packing operation according to the order situation and ensure the timely provision of orders according to customer requirements. You consistently implement the quality guidelines and ensure traceability as well as the correct labeling of the products. In addition, you operate and feed the systems and ensure compliance with cleaning tasks. You assist with personnel deployment planning and take over the ongoing training of employees.
You are an independent, responsible person with a structured and organized way of working. Thanks to your flexibility and high commitment, you keep an overview even during the busy seasonal peaks. Ideally, you bring initial experience in team leadership and in the food industry. You communicate clearly and have very good German skills. In addition, you are willing to work on Saturdays and public holidays, and a work start from 6:00 a.m. is possible for you.
