Psychologist / Doctor Outpatient Transition Psychiatry 60-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Case management and counseling of adolescents and their families during the transition to adulthood (transition psychiatry) within the framework of crisis intervention
- Conducting a limited number of sessions, initially outpatient and outreach
- Active collaboration within the team, with external institutions and partners
- Work with relatives
- Participation in case discussions
- Dedicated maintenance of internal interfaces to KJPD as well as the adult psychiatry outpatient clinic
- Work in a two-shift system Mon-Sat
- Opportunity for expert assessments and conducting outpatient psychotherapies
Your Profile
- Advanced or completed psychotherapeutic training
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outpatient and/or inpatient child/adolescent psychiatry and/or adult psychiatry
- Communicative, flexible, and open personality with an independent working style and the ability to work cross-departmentally and networked.
- Joy and curiosity about the social psychiatric spectrum and working with people in adolescence
- Good knowledge of German
- Driver's license category B
