Your contribution to our vision | Your commitment

• Responsibility for bottle inspection at the Rupperswil site 
• Leading the team (11 employees & 2 temporary employees) 
• Inspection and assembly planning, process optimization 
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quantity, budget, and quality requirements 
• Conducting training and ensuring the necessary qualification of employees 
• Maintenance of the testing system as well as maintenance of all areas in bottle inspection
• Implementation of various projects in the field of bottle inspection 

Convincing all around | Your profile

• Completed training in a technical or manual profession
• At least three years of leadership experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Experience in one of these areas: industrial production operation, plant management
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills desirable
• Good computer skills, basic SAP knowledge desirable
• Disciplined, resilient, assertive, and high-performing personality with good social skills
