Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical evaluation, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are currently recruiting an Automation Engineer – M/F/X to join our team based in Geneva, Switzerland, ideally starting in September. You will be responsible for programming assembly and precision machines and will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from study to commissioning.

🔥Your missions:

Develop and program assembly machines on Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
Program high-precision equipment on Beckhoff PLCs.
Actively participate in all project stages: study, development, commissioning, testing, and documentation writing.
Plan and monitor projects in close collaboration with your colleagues and the project manager.
Provide technical support and travel to clients to ensure successful project completion.

🎯Your profile:

You master programming environments on PLCs, ideally Rockwell Studio5000 and Siemens TIA Portal.
You have experience with CodeSys (PLC Structured Text and Motion), especially with Beckhoff TwinCat 3.
Skills in industrial IT, networks, and/or advanced languages (C#, Python) would be an asset.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders: colleagues, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
You have 3 to 15 years of experience in the field.
