The Hotel

Hotel Waldhuus Davos is located in the highest city in Europe (1560 m above sea level) and has been part of Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG since April 2019. The hotel has 108 rooms, 1 half-board restaurant, 1 bar, and 5 seminar rooms as well as a spa area and kids club.

Your tasks

Independent preparation of the daily mise en place
Professional preparation and presentation of hot and cold dishes
Management of the assigned station in the hot and cold kitchen
Daily cleaning and tidying according to internal policy

Your profile

Experience as a Chef de Partie is an advantage
Work style: You have a high level of commitment as well as a structured and independent way of working
Personality: You have good manners and a neat appearance, enjoy working in a team, and are open-minded.
Commitment: You are flexible, resilient, and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
