Triage Specialist (m/f/d) 80%
Your Tasks
- Provide information to referrers and directly affected persons about the treatment offer
- Offer and conduct crisis talks and/or consultations by phone and/or on site
- Responsible for registration, planning, and coordination of inpatient admissions and emergency admissions
- Write complete documentation in the system
- Close cooperation with doctors, ward managers, referrers, relatives, institutions, etc.
- Support the ZAK management in the further development of the department
- Willingness to cover irregular working hours/weekends and holidays
Your Profile
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent (FaGe)
- Professional experience in the psychiatric environment
- Initial professional experience in the coordination/disposition of emergencies or triage or similar is desirable but not mandatory
- You are exceptionally reliable, responsible, resilient, and used to working independently and making decisions
- High service orientation and customer focus are not foreign words to you
- You are a communicative person and appreciate contact with our customers
