Your Tasks
- Support of management in administrative matters and in the area of sales support
- Organization of all training sessions at the Oensingen location (Trösch Autoglas and Carbesa)
- Co-responsibility for the training of commercial employees in the administration area
- Reception and telephone switchboard supervision
- General secretarial tasks such as correspondence, cash management,
- Accounts payable processing, mail handling
- Preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of meetings
- Creation of business-relevant statistics and evaluations
- Organization of trips, business unit and sales meetings
- Appointment coordination and monitoring
- Support of personnel administration (management of the personnel system, entries, exits, payroll data, employment contracts, work certificates, etc.)
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in administration/management
- Experience and enjoyment in personal contact with customers
- Communicative and resilient personality
- Friendly and open-minded nature
- Organizational talent
- Very good IT skills in MS Office
- Hub function between customers, management, and internal departments
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
