The mobilezone group is divided into the two business areas "Trade", which covers the private and business customer segments, and "Service Providing".
The business customer area - mobilezone business (B2B) - consists of the backoffice department based in Urnäsch AR, key account management and project management, which takes care of large customers and all projects, as well as regional teams of account managers who take care of SME customers on the move.

Requirement for this interesting job is a commercial basic education. Initial professional experience in an administrative activity in internal service, ideally in the telecom sector, is an advantage. You are proficient in handling MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fluent German skills are a must, very good French skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Other languages (Italian, English) are a plus.
You take on the following tasks:
- Order processing including data entry in internal systems and provider tools
- Timely processing of telephone as well as written inquiries
- Active support of the B2B sales team
- Handling telephone concerns including active complaint management
- Customer support regarding device orders, repairs, information on contract details, etc. in German and French
