Retail Specialist Auto Parts Logistics (m/f/d) 

Location: Horw/Lucerne

Job Description

• Advising our customers on the quality, use, and handling of our products 
• Sales and invoicing of vehicle spare parts and accessories 
• Processing enquiries and orders 
• Procuring vehicle spare parts and accessories, as well as checking incoming deliveries and invoices 
• Assisting with inventory management

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a retail specialist (m/f/d), preferably in the automotive industry 
• Technically proficient and familiar with the range of vehicle spare parts and accessories 
• Good spatial imagination, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to respond to our customers’ needs 
• Possesses a quick grasp and precise working method 
• Good IT and MS Office user skills 
• Team player, independent, and responsible 
• A friendly, customer-oriented manner completes your profile
