Settelen Removals – part of the traditional Welti-Furrer Group – stands for professional moving, transport, and logistics solutions. For our Basel location, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with a pronounced hunter mentality and drive.

Your mission – shaping growth

You lead the Basel location with an entrepreneurial mindset and clear result orientation. In addition to operational management, you are the engine for market, sales, and expansion.

• Overall responsibility for performance, growth, and profitability of the branch
• Active market development and consistent new customer acquisition (hunter)
• Expansion of corporate customer business, winning strategic mandates and key accounts
• Presence in the market, building resilient networks, and leveraging opportunities
• Leadership, development, and alignment of a performance-oriented team
• Ensuring efficient processes in moving, transport, and logistics
• Management of budget, costs, and results
• Implementation of growth initiatives and continuous development of the location

• Strong background in logistics, transport, moving, or operational service environment
• Proven success in active new customer acquisition / business development (hunter)
• Leadership experience with performance and result responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking, closing strength, and implementation energy
• High self-motivation, competitive orientation, and joy in growth & success
• Interest and motivation to lead and further develop your own company within a strong corporate group
