• You process customer reports on third-party systems of our clients
• You allocate incoming alarm reports to the appropriate department and instruct them accordingly
• In a well-coordinated team, you find solutions even in hectic situations
• You manage various video and pager surveillance systems
• You maintain close contact with different emergency services
• You take over the remote monitoring of our employees in external areas
• You maintain our customer database with current data

What you bring:

• You enjoy telephone customer contact
• Your native language is German, and you have good knowledge of French; knowledge of English and Italian is an advantage
• You are IT-savvy and quickly adapt to the processes of new software
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and communicate purposefully
• You maintain good manners and are service-oriented
• You work purposefully even in hectic situations and keep an overview
