Certified Nursing Specialist Spitex - immediate or by arrangement

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care services, we enable people to stay in their familiar home as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Care, support and advice for our clients at home

• Ensuring the care process

• Case management and conducting needs assessments

• Creation, adjustment and evaluation of care documentation

• Conducting counseling sessions

• Accurate recording of service data

• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other specialist agencies

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist DN I/DN II/HF/FH

• High social, methodological and professional competence

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)

• Driver's license category B is an advantage

• Independent and responsible working style
