As a Junior Sales Backoffice Specialist you are the heart of our sales team. You take responsibility for administrative and sales processes, actively support our sales managers, and ensure that our customers experience first-class service. Your work makes a difference and directly contributes to the success of our team:
- Whether it’s processing orders, customer correspondence, or contract creation, you have the sales back office under control and support our sales team
- You assist in the care and support of existing customers in the area of Emergency Notification and Crisis Management (ENS/CM) and communicate with the responsible international specialist departments
- You create contract adjustments in cooperation with the sales managers and maintain our customer base in Salesforce (CRM)
- You prepare reports and evaluations, prepare customer presentations, and support ad-hoc analyses
- You actively participate in customer appointments online and on-site, including scheduling appointments

- Education and Training: Completed commercial apprenticeship or currently studying – you want to take real responsibility alongside
- Experience: Good MS Office skills and interest in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Working style: You are independent, structured, and approach things in a solution-oriented way
- Hands-on: You are motivated to tackle things and help shape processes
- Language skills and communication strength: Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form and desire to work in an international environment
