Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

identify and evaluate growth opportunities in e-commerce based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analyses
lead the continuous development of the Swiss online shop, including new features, promotions, and business models - always in line with Samsung's strategy
define and document functional requirements in close collaboration with Legal, Finance, Operations, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
monitor the implementation and testing of new functionalities to ensure quality and alignment with corporate goals
build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including contract negotiations and feature-related agreements
work with Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency
act as the main contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the e-commerce platform, including orders, payments, order processing, delivery processes, and customer journey topics
communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to identify causes, define temporary workarounds, and inform Customer Service teams about known bugs or incidents
manage and prioritize incoming support tickets from the Merchandising team, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure timely resolution and clear communication between technical and business teams

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have a bachelor's degree or completed higher vocational training in the economic/technical field
bring 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital business development, or online shop management
have technical understanding of e-commerce platforms and integrations (SAP Hybris preferred)
can define and implement functional requirements for digital features
have knowledge of online sales processes, order management, and customer journey
are experienced in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of SAP Hybris, Jira, and Samsung Knox
speak (Swiss) German and English; French is an advantage
work data-driven, have knowledge of UX/UI principles, and possess excellent communication skills
are adaptable and cooperative in a dynamic digital environment
