Tasks & ChallengesContact person for all guest inquiries at our Medical and Spa reception
You ensure flawless, first-class, professional, and high-quality guest service
Understand and implement guest needs, anticipate guest wishes
Interact professionally with our guests and support them to ensure a pleasant, successful, and satisfying stay
Schedule appointments for guests and ensure that booked treatments are correct and booked within an appropriate timeframe
Maintain the guest database
Administrative tasks, such as daily and monthly inventories, control of reports for forecasting product and treatment sales
Plan spa services and programs together with our planning department
Active upselling of products and treatments to achieve the sales budget
The regular daily working hours are between 7:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m., flexibility required
Qualifications & Competencies
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
Excellent knowledge of English and French, additional languages are an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written with guests, within the own team and also with all other colleagues
Sincere, empathetic, and caring character
High empathy skills
Ability to anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
Good diplomatic conflict resolution
Effective and efficient teamwork
