The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.
We are looking for a person for our Parsenn / Gotschna operation as of now or by arrangement as:

Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operation as well as the technical and structural maintenance of the entire building infrastructure (heating, ventilation, sanitary, roofs, drainage)
- Ensuring compliance with all safety-relevant regulations, especially in the areas of fire protection, escape routes, and locking systems
- Planning, organizing, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance
- Leading and implementing infrastructure projects, conversions, and optimization measures
- Preparing the budget as well as ongoing cost control and investment planning
- Professional and personnel management of a team of 2 to 5 employees
- Coordination of external service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers
- Ensuring seamless documentation and regular reporting
- Identifying and implementing measures to increase energy efficiency and sustainability
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example in building technology, HVAC, or electrical
- Further training in facility management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building maintenance or a similar function
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication
- Leadership experience
