Your tasks
You have proven legal expertise and, in collaboration with the legal advisor and the agricultural engineer, handle the legal files (approx. 500 cases per year) for the Cantonal Authority for Real Estate Transactions. You write letters and orders, assist in preparing the BGV meetings, and organize and coordinate site inspections if necessary. With your open personality, you contribute to the smooth functioning and dynamics of this small, interdisciplinary, and committed team.
Desired profile

Master's degree in law or equivalent education

Professional experience in administrative law and knowledge in agricultural law are an advantage
