These are your tasks
- Advising and supporting families with their children and adolescents throughout the entire tailored support process
- Coordinating the collaboration of all involved stakeholders according to the operating concept of SORA for Families
- Implementing the specialist concept of social space orientation
- Self-organized and responsible work
- Handling administrative duties
- Implementing, co-designing, and conceptually further developing the role-based network organization
These are your strengths
- You have a diploma at HF, FH level or equivalent training in social work, social pedagogy, or curative education
- You have further training in solution-oriented or systemic counseling or family support
- You have already gained practical experience working with families and their children and adolescents
- You appreciate the challenges of an eventful, dynamic everyday life and keep a cool head and your sense of humor even in challenging situations
- Irregular working hours are compatible with your private commitments
- You identify with our organization to a healthy extent, have an impeccable reputation, and enjoy interdisciplinary work
