Your Challenge
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries and fault reports
- Creating and tracking service orders
- Communication with customers, technicians, and internal departments
- Service scheduling (heating/ventilation/air conditioning/sanitary)
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Processing orders, invoices, and quotes
Your Profile
- Commercial or technical training
- Experience in order processing, scheduling, or customer service, ideally in building technology
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills in dealing with customers and technicians
- Resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and assertiveness
