Under the roof of the non-profit and non-profit foundation Siloah, the Siloah network, consisting of a hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and the operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees, forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.

The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational and IT functions.

At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a qualified and committed personality for our long-term care area as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring competent and professional care and support for residents
• Assisting in the organization and coordination of workflows and activities as well as in care assessment (RAI)
• Maintaining care documentation
• Taking on daily responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or an equivalent, recognized professional training
• Professional experience and joy in dealing with elderly people
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Empathy and pronounced social skills
• Independent, reliable, and professional working style
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
