- You lead your store staff and are responsible for the duty rosters
- Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
- Supervising, training, and developing apprentices
- Various administrative tasks
- Managing the postal agency in the branch
- Budget and key figure responsibility
We look forward to this profile
- You have completed retail training with a federal certificate of competence (preferably in the food and luxury goods sector)
- Experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience (e.g., department management)
- Enjoy active customer contact
- Social and professional competence
