About the job

What you achieve

• You take on the professional and personnel management of 10 to 12 employees and create a motivating working environment.
• Ensure that all orders are completed on time and in impeccable quality.
• You independently make well-founded decisions in complex investigations and support your team in finding solutions.
• Professional error management to detect, analyse and correct affected transactions.
• You maintain and develop close cooperation with internal stakeholders (including sales, compliance) as well as external financial institutions.
• Systematic optimisation of our internal processes in the interest of our customers as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team through solution-oriented approaches.

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: Banking
• Professional experience: At least 4 years of specialist and/or function-specific professional experience with strong leadership and methodological skills.
• You have profound knowledge of the rules in payment transactions.
• High personal responsibility, flexibility and reliability characterise you.
• German (C1)
• French (A2)
• English (A2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
