For our location in Neuendorf, we are looking for a competent and motivated personality as
Dispatcher Event Logistics 100% (m/f/d)
to strengthen our team in the field of transport and event logistics. In this versatile position, you take responsibility for the efficient planning and coordination of personnel and vehicles, the professional leadership of our employees, as well as ensuring the smooth execution of assignments. You are the central contact person for internal and external customers and contribute significantly to the quality and punctuality of our services.
Your Tasks
- Personnel and deployment planning of transport orders including vehicle disposition for the event sector
- Scheduling of all assigned deployments as well as providing all necessary deployment information for drivers, temporary drivers, event technicians, and fitters
- Recording, support, and processing of customer orders
- Preparation of invoices and evaluations
- Coordination of the pickup and delivery process as well as organization of vehicle maintenance
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries regarding vehicle availability
- Maintenance of maintenance plans as well as participation in the evaluation and procurement of vehicles
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with EFZ in the field of transport, forwarding, or logistics
- Further training as a transport/logistics dispatcher FA or several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and occasionally on public holidays
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
- Driver's license category B; ideally also C and CE
- Organizational talent with quick comprehension and pronounced teamwork skills
- Service-oriented, flexible, resilient, and assertive with a solution-oriented working style
