Job Description:

Independent preparation of cost estimates, cost proposals, and construction descriptions for demanding new and renovation projects.

Close collaboration with architects and project managers.

Support in tendering and awarding processes.

Cost and change order control during project execution.

Identifying problem areas and developing solution proposals.

What we expect from you:

Several years of experience in the calculation of complex construction projects.

Proficient in using Vitruv, Messerli, and MS Office.

Fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Team-oriented, communicative, and committed.

Enjoy taking on responsibility and actively shaping projects.
