Job Description
Your Mission
- Strategy: You develop cross-platform growth strategies based on trends, algorithm logic, and audience insights.
- Asset Creation & Conceptualization: You design and create high-quality assets for our social media channels with a clear focus on professional video production (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). You also confidently appear in front of the camera and authentically represent our brand as its face outwardly.
- Trend Scouting: You have a sense for "The Next Big Thing" and quickly adapt trends for our brand voice.
- Affiliate Marketing: Identification, acquisition, and management of partners and agencies to increase performance.
- Influencer Marketing: Strategic selection, briefing, and support of collaborations to boost brand awareness in relevant performance KPIs.
- Community & Brand Voice: Active maintenance of social networks and building an active and loyal community.
- Reporting & Optimization: You analyze KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversion) and use this data to continuously improve content.
Qualifications
What you bring
- Education: You have completed training as a Mediamatiker EFZ or a degree in marketing, communication, or media (university/FH).
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in social media or content creation.
- Video Skills: Confident use of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, Canva (video editor), etc., as well as an eye for dynamic editing.
- Performance Mindset: Basic understanding of data-driven performance and brand marketing in social media, tracking, and the digital marketing funnel.
- Hands-on Mentality: You are a "doer," work independently, and have a high implementation speed.
- Communication: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (French is an advantage), as well as very good communication skills and a likeable presence in front of the camera.
