As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- active sales of events for up to 1000 people combined with professional advice for our demanding guests and customers
- price negotiations, independent preparation of offers and contracts including invoice verification
- detailed planning of events
- coordination with all relevant departments in the hotel as well as external service providers
- special projects as well as support of sub-departments
- conducting regular customer care and participation in internal customer events
- completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable qualification
- at least two years of professional experience in the convention & sales area of upscale hotels in a similar position
- very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally basic knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8 is an advantage
- high initiative and commitment
- great sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as enjoyment in dealing with our demanding clientele
- teamwork skills, communication skills, and resilience characterize you
- fluent English in spoken and written form, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
