Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a leading industrial company for sophisticated packaging solutions based in Fehraltorf (Zurich) with around 600 employees. Together with our customers, we continuously create new possibilities to make the protection of medical, pharmaceutical, and other high-quality products even safer and better.
To strengthen our team in Fehraltorf, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/f) who acts as an interface between customers, engineering, and quality. The focus of this role is the independent management of a defined customer base with corresponding sales responsibility. You actively advance projects from a sales perspective, coordinate all relevant interfaces, and ensure successful implementation. In addition, you contribute to the further growth of our company through targeted new customer acquisition.
Junior Sales Manager (m/f, 100%)Your tasks with us:
- Independent management of your own customer base: maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
- Assuming sales responsibility for your own customer base and ensuring budget achievement and sales growth
- Responsibility for the commercial implementation of customer projects, including offer preparation, calculation, and price negotiations.
- Management and coordination of projects in close cooperation with engineering and quality
- Preparation of monthly evaluations
- Evaluation of customer needs for new projects
- Close cooperation with internal sales to ensure order processing and delivery
- Monitoring of contractually agreed components such as payment terms, call-off quantities, and inventory levels
- Support with customer complaints in cooperation with quality assurance and production

What you bring with you:
- Completed studies in engineering or business administration
- Initial professional experience in sales, product management, and/or project management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Enthusiasm for the medical and pharmaceutical industry
- Willingness to travel regularly (30%)
- German/English native speaker or at least C1 level
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office
