In our Private Banking team at the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, we passionately advise and support potential and existing clients in the HNWI segment on investments, financing, and retirement planning. We act as experienced and competent professionals who create individual customer experiences and work closely with relevant stakeholders. For sustainable support, we are the central point for all customer segments and coordinate optimal, needs-based care. Your Tasks
- Advising and supporting our clients in the areas of investments, financing, and retirement planning
- Close collaboration with internal specialists
- Expanding existing business relationships with your own client portfolio
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential as well as developing clients into the appropriate segments
- Developing needs-oriented solutions considering the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of our clients
- Participating in target group-specific market development measures, especially contact campaigns, and taking on representative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in Banking & Finance (HF/FH)
- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in customer support and consulting, including managing your own client portfolio
- Very good knowledge in the areas of investments, financing, and retirement planning
- Your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic personality convinces completely.
- Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
- Fluent German and very good English skills
