Spitex Zürichsee ensures individual and professional care, support, and assistance at home as a public nonprofit organization with around 150 employees on behalf of the municipalities of Erlenbach, Herrliberg, Meilen, Uetikon am See, and Männedorf.

Starting early 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed leader as

Managing Director 80% - 100% (a)

Shape the future of Spitex Zürichsee: You will lead the entire operation, effectively implement the strategy, and further develop the organization – in close collaboration with employees, the board, and partners in the region.

• You are responsible for managing the entire operation with strategy implementation and organizational development and represent Spitex Zürichsee externally. For this, you can draw on extensive experience in a similar role in the health or social sector.
• Together with the department heads of Spitex Services and Finance, you form the executive management, which ensures operational efficiency with good employee involvement. You bring proven effective leadership skills for this.
• You are perceived as a solution-oriented and communicative personality who connects stakeholders. Pragmatism, empathy, and integrity characterize you as much as your sense of responsibility and implementation strength.

Instead of a traditional cover letter, we ask you to briefly answer the following three questions on a maximum of one page:

1. Which achieved impact in your previous professional activity are you particularly proud of – and why?
2. What has decisively shaped the development of your leadership behavior?
3. What can the board and employees look forward to with you as Managing Director?
