The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our positioning care, we are looking for a Specialist in Operating Room Positioning from June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Proper positioning of patients for surgeries in all specialties
Applying postoperative plaster casts and adjusting aids
Receiving and seeing off patients in the operating room area
Taking over the cleaning, care, and maintenance of devices and aids

Your Profile

Basic medical training (e.g., health specialist, MPA, or dental assistant)
Specialized course for OR positioning or willingness to complete one
High contact and communication skills
Good manners and empathy
