Your tasks
As a project manager, you are responsible for the following activities:
- Management of customer relationships and expectations
- Planning and coordinating the deployment of our solutions according to standard procedures and tools, monitoring all activities
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects
- Organizing and leading steering committees
- Reporting and escalation to management as needed
- Conducting risk management to minimize project risks, proposing and implementing appropriate corrective actions if necessary
- Participation in presales activities

Your profile
- 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity projects
- IT experience, knowledge, and skills (software engineering, ICT system technology, etc.)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent customer handling and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Agility, strong commitment, and discipline to focus
- Languages: English and German or French (fluent), two Swiss official languages are a plus
- Cybersecurity and/or project management certifications such as CISSP or Hermes are advantageous
