We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and resilient Head of Gravel Extraction, Landfill Operations, and Building Material Recycling (m/f) for our gravel pit in Würenlingen, the gravel extraction community in Döttingen, the quarry (landfill) in Mönthal, the recycling site in Siggenthal Station, and the recycling site in Birr.
Your main tasks:
• Responsibility for the technical and operational management of gravel extraction, excavation landfills, quarry, and building material recycling processing sites
• Leadership, deployment planning, and further development of the pit and recycling personnel
• Monitoring and participation in production – you also pitch in yourself
• Administrative tasks: daily reports, material and consumption statistics
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and occupational safety
Your profile:
• Completed training as a building material recycler or experience as a foreman in earthworks, demolition, or road construction
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Knowledge in the processing of gravel and recycling materials
• Technical flair for construction machinery, mobile crushers, and processing plants
• Good IT user skills
• Entrepreneurially minded, goal-oriented, and reliable personality
